Building Fit & Renovations LTD was founded in Maidstone by a small team of Kent tradespeople who were tired of watching local homeowners get let down by unreliable builders, ballooning quotes and half-finished jobs. We started out on kitchen and bathroom refits across Maidstone and the Medway towns, and grew — one referral at a time — into a full-service home builder handling extensions, loft conversions, full renovations and new builds right across Kent.

Everything we do is rooted here.
